Hibiscus gives a bright ruby colour, while elderflower, hawthorn, gotu kola, lavender, peppermint and stevia create a fruity, floral and refreshing botanical infusion. However the Ital Ruby Breeze can also be consumed as a hot beverage and taste as beautiful and aromatic as the cold brew.
